These terms are an agreement between you and NAB Apps LLC ("we", "us"), which makes Booths & Bites, about using the Booths & Bites app. By using the app you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Menus, prices and allergens

Menus, prices, dates and dietary details come from publicly available information and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Booths change their menus and share kitchens. If you have a food allergy or dietary need, always confirm with the booth before ordering. Budget totals and tax are estimates.

Not affiliated

Booths & Bites is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any theme park, festival organizer or restaurant, and their names and marks belong to their owners.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Booths & Bites. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

Booths & Bites Pro

• Pro is a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play and charged to that account.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Any free trial ends when you buy a subscription, and unused trial time is lost.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• We may change Pro's price or features. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and the store tells you first.

What you post

You own the ratings, reviews and other content you post. By posting, you let us store and show it in Booths & Bites so the app works, including to other people. Post only what you have the right to share, and keep it honest and civil: no harassment, hate, spam, or anything illegal or sexual. We can hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report content in the app.

Fair use of the app

Don't misuse Booths & Bites: no scraping, reverse engineering, overloading our servers, or getting around its limits or security.

Ending

You can stop using Booths & Bites and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect others.

Disclaimers

Booths & Bites is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available, accurate or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

Apple

If you got Booths & Bites from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.
